190 female participants
Description:
The study included 190 female participants between the age of 15-40 years. These women had complaints of irregular menstrual cycles and were suffering from PCOS as diagnosed by USG.

Description:
All 190 women participants were advised to take both the medicines - Myrha & Vamha daily for 6 months. Monthly follow up was done to assess frequency of the period cycle, period flow & its pattern, and other associated symptoms. USG test was repeated at the end of the study.
This assessment found that the combination of Ayurvedic herbs used in Myrha and Vamha are effective in regularising menstrual cycles, improving overall menstrual flow, and treating the root cause of PCOS.
